Taller Marmo offers a seamless return process within 14 days of delivery, provided that all garments remain unworn, unaltered, and with original security tags attached. We strive to ensure your experience with our artisanal collections is as effortless as the silhouettes themselves.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Place the items in their original designer packaging and secure them inside the shipping box provided to ensure protection during transit.

Attach the Label

Download and print the pre-paid DHL shipping label from your confirmation email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

Handover and Refund

Schedule a complimentary courier collection or drop off the parcel at any authorized service point; your refund will be processed once our atelier verifies the item condition.
